A classic Pacific Northwest stop—easy to get to, scenic, and a good anchor for a quick day trip.
What it is:
A 268-foot waterfall with an upper observation deck and nearby trails. One of the most accessible and well-known scenic spots in Washington.
Experience:
- Very easy access from parking
- Short walk to main viewpoint
- Can be busy, especially on weekends
- Good mix of quick stop or longer visit if exploring trails

- Impressive waterfall with minimal effort
- Great views right from the main overlook
- Easy to combine with other nearby stops
👎 What we didn’t:
- Can feel crowded
- More of a short stop than a full activity
